Ten reads of LC-MSMS produced 33 overlapping peptides with high identity match to a homologous protein from Cupressus arizonica and to Juniperus ashei, with >74% coverage. Edmand degradation was used to identify the N-terminus. That sequence was submitted to UniProt as C0HKB1, which is not yet posted.
