Provissionally accepted pending on IUIS meeting at EAACI, 2015. Native peanut LTP was isolated with mass measured by MS, no glycosylation. Denovo peptide sequencing provided the 7kDa protein sequence, with lower case aa indicating not 100% certain. The protein is 60% identical with Api g 6.
