The amino acid sequence by Tuppo et al. as P85261 is partial and discontinuous (34aa). In the second part of the discontinuous sequence in the Tuppo paper, there two probable amino acid mismatches with the sequence reported for kiwellins by Maddumage et al. JAFC 2013. which has been added as a separate isoform Act c 5.0102.
